Our Speakers will present after dinner, followed by a Q&A session. Questions on a broad range of topics are welcome from the audience. Attendees are welcome to join Meet The Chiefs staff for further discussion after the formal proceedings.

Chatham House Rule

As the Chatham House Rule will be in place, there will be no private record of proceedings, recordings, or imagery. No working media will be present unless at the specific request of the Speaker(s).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Registrations are refundable, less a $110.00 fee for cancellations received up to 10 working days before the event. No refunds can be made after that date. However, another person may be substituted at no additional cost. Unfortunately, no cancellations are possible for confirmed sponsorships.

Meet The Chiefs Pty Ltd reserves the right to reschedule an event. As much notice as possible will be given. If registration has already been received and payment made, you will be contacted to discuss your ability to attend on the new date and a refund may be available.

Seating Policy

Participants will be seated at tables of 8 or 10. Seats will be arranged so no participants have their back directly to the speaker(s) where possible.

Dietary Requirements & Name Badges

Please provide the names of attendees and any dietary requirements at least 10 working days before the event, as this is a venue requirement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee dietary accommodations or name badges for those who do not submit their information by the deadline.

Card Merchant Fees Notification

Due to increased transaction costs, from 1 October 2024 Meet The Chiefs Pty Ltd will introduce a 2.25% surcharge on all payments by card.
